You can fill out your registration form, sign it and hand it over to the receptionist of the Frans Otten Stadium, or you can scan it and mail it to info@amsterdamtennisacadamy.nl.

We will send you a confirmation as soon as possible, with an invoice for the lessons. You need to arrange your summer membership 2023 with Frans Ottens Stadium before the first training, don’t forget to bring a recent small photo of yourself with you for the membership!
