Terms

• ATA does not take responsibility in bringing/picking up the kid, this responsibility is fully for the guardian of the child.
• Country club ranking, at a competition tennis level of the kid, is a requirement in participating in the tennis camp.
• The tennis camps take place under all weather conditions on the Pro Tenn indoor courts of the Frans Otten Stadium.
• Signing the registration form obliges you to pay the dues for the camp.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept incomplete registration forms.
• We do not rectitude lesson fees for camps which are not visited.
• Payment for the tennis camp must be received in 14 days after booking the camp. You will receive an invoice from us.
• AYTC holds all the rights to cancel a week when it’s not fully registered.  Of course we will then refund the fees.
• Registration will take place following the dates of receiving your registration forms by AYTC.
