You can fill out your registration form, sign it and hand it over to the receptionist of the Frans Otten Stadium, or you can scan it and mail it to info@amsterdamtennisacademy.nl.

We will send you a confirmation as soon as possible, with an invoice for the lessons and an incassoform for the court fee. Only after receiving back, fully filled in and signed registration and incassoforms your registration is definite.
